General Guidelines (S.O Program):

- Products at Inventory: Let us know what colors or varieties, so we can work on the best deal possible for your business. Choose from our catalog
- Payment: We will collect your card the day your order ships from farm.
- Minimum Order frequency: Biweekly order minimum is required to start program.
- Minimum Order quantity: 100 stems (Medium Box)
- Delivery dates: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Claims: Contact your sales rep up to 48 hours after having received your order. (See claims & credit policies)
- Change delivery days: If you need to make a change on your delivery day please let us know with
1 week in advance. Please always specify delivery dates you need us to cancel shipments.
